Backups are written to AWS S3, Cloudflare R2, Backblaze B2 or any S3-compatible bucket you own, as readable JSON and theme files. Download them any time. Keep them if you uninstall.

Questions

Do you store my data?

Backups live only in your bucket. We keep metadata (when a backup ran, what it contained) and the current state of products, collections and pages to compute change diffs; that state is deleted when you uninstall. We never access orders or customers.

What is backed up?

Products with variants, prices, SKUs, barcodes, options and metafields; collections and their membership; pages; navigation menus; discounts; and every file of every theme. Images are referenced by URL in this version and reattached on restore in an upcoming release.

Which storage providers work?

AWS S3, Cloudflare R2 (free tier is plenty for most stores), Backblaze B2, Wasabi, MinIO — anything S3-compatible. A free R2 bucket takes about five minutes to set up.

Can I restore a single product?

Yes. Paste one or more product IDs, preview the changes, apply. Or restore the whole catalog from any backup.

Is there a free trial?
