Bucketback in two minutes

Video coming shortly. Here is the flow it shows:

1. Connect a bucket you own. Paste an access key for S3, Cloudflare R2 or Backblaze B2. A probe object is written and deleted to confirm access. Free R2 takes five minutes; the in-app guide walks through it.
2. Back up. Products with variants, prices, SKUs and metafields; collections; pages; menus; discounts; inventory per location; every theme file; and product images, copied as bytes so they can be restored even after Shopify deletes them.
3. Watch the change log. Every edit, by staff or by another app, lands as a field-level diff within seconds: price 24.00 → 48.00, tags, descriptions, theme files.
4. Restore with a preview. Pick a backup and scope. The preview lists exactly which items change and how. Nothing is written until you confirm, and a fresh backup is taken first so the restore itself can be undone.
